As a person who was raised in the Las Vegas valley in a blue collar family, who has been married for almost 24 years, who has four children who have also been raised in Las Vegas, and who cares about our community, I have tried to give back to the community by being involved with youth sports, scouting and other events and activities, and have now made the decision to serve our community as a Justice of the Peace.

A Justice of the Peace sets bail for those accused of committing a crime, conducts initial appearances, criminal misdemeanor trials, preliminary hearings for gross misdemeanor and felony cases, small claims, evictions, landlord-tenant matters, protective orders, and civil cases under $10,000.00.
