I am in my 26th year of practicing law in Nevada, and have been privileged to work with many talented lawyers and other persons during that time. Some of us have worked together, some of us have been adversaries, and some of you have litigated before me when I was an arbitrator. No matter the situation, I have always tried to conduct myself with the utmost professionalism and dignity, while applying common sense to the issues we encountered. In doing so, I believe I have earned your respect, and I know that you have earned mine.
I grew up in Las Vegas, and am committed to our community. If I am elected Justice of the Peace, I will administer the law fairly in doling out justice for all those involved, and will make informed and prompt rulings while following the rule of law, as I have the EXPERIENCE, INTEGRITY, DEMEANOR, FAIRNESS and COMMON SENSE necessary to be our Justice of the Peace. I will also be courteous to those, who come before me, as I understand what it is to have been engaged in the solo practice of law.
I am asking for your help and support, and request that you look at my qualifications, and consider voting for me, as I believe that you will determine that I am the best candidate for Justice of the Peace. If you want a Justice of the Peace, who will LISTEN to your concerns, RESPECT your rights, PROTECT our families, and ENFORCE the Constitution and the laws of the State of Nevada, please support my candidacy as I cannot prevail without your help, support, financial contribution, and most important, your VOTE!
Please contact me with any questions, concerns, or suggestions, and let me know how you can help with my campaign. If you agree to allow me to use your name as endorsing my candidacy, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Donations should be made payable to the “Committee to Elect Robert Kurth” or “Robert Kurth for Judge”, and be mailed to the above address or provide your credit card information if you prefer. More information can be found on Facebook at Kurth for Judge and on Twitter. Again, THANK YOU for your VOTE and your SUPPORT, and have a great day!
Robert Kurth for Justice of the Peace, Dept. 15
